Major Potential... It needs a chat feature that states what languages people speak. Also, It needs some serious promotion and a rename you can't even search it and find it anywhere in the results. I even have a hard time finding it on Google play. I would love to see this app turn into something great but just needs some guidance I give kudos to the developers just needs some work.

Make photos or use the existing ones and send them to random people from all over the world.

How to use Scroll – random photo exchange for PC

You can run all Android games and applications on your PC or MAC computer. Using a free software called Bluestacks, you don't need to purchase anything but games or applications it self if it isn't free.

Download Bluestacks from this link.
Install BlueStacks from installation file with following the on-screen instructions.
Once Bluestacks is installed add your Google account in it.
Type Scroll – random photo exchange for PC in Search bar and install it.
