Useless App not working I want my money back!

Good App. Good App works fine on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

Very disappointed in this app This is a very useless app and not worth the money I paid for it. I use a Samsung device and this app hasn't given me a reason to justify any kind of usefulness. Can't believe I paid for this! Please don't waste your money

"Failed to open the link" Ok, so what for I payed!? I can't even download the last firmware, I receive the message: "failed to open the link" now I really want my money back or refund, otherwise I will report to Google!!!

Love the app! I love it! SamMobile has always been my #1 for Samsung info, conveniently on an app for easier access. BUG: Still ongoing - doesn't remember login credentials and asks to log in everytime.

Waste of money You have to login after every reboot. It never sends firmware updates. It's easier to just bookmark the website. Biggest waste of money on an app. :'(

Toatlly Disapointed Not useful at all. Wasted buying it, was looking for refund button here... cant find 1. I downloaded for firmware downloding mainly, but when i searxh my device i only get the top 5 latest firmwares. What if i wanted to download my original firmware?? Need to go website (which i did and has it) then wats so PREMIUM about having a SamMobile app again? Dont waste your money. And if i may say, such a simple function should be avalable in a non premium app. Nothing at all premium here but a waste

Needs work Needs to be worked on. Many force closes on the gs4 just from syncing latest news. This app is well designed but its rather annoying that I have to login sometimes. Make it account capable and fix the force close crashing and I will bump up my rating to 5 stars.

Crime I don't understand why Samsung Mobile is like that? I buy this application but I can't log in I don't understand sm any more I note 3 but I can't log into the app if any body know what i should do please contact me.

Can't download firmwares Ok it's been a few months since I got this app I did a review right away (negative) the issue still isn't resolved through updates and there has been zero communication from the devs I would avoid this app it's a flop

Dont buy it Paid for the app and it never gets better. Don't waste your money, don't even visit the site. They don't listen to the people who keep them in business

Just doesn't work Used to be reliable, but not anymore. Foreclose everytime I search for latest firmware. Save you buck, just not there!

Disappointed Very disappointed with this app costing £2.00 and it keeps crashing on my S5 when I look at firmware updates and can not access faster downloads would like a refund please shame as sammobile are excellent website !!@ What a let down

Keeps crashing on lollipop The app keeps crashing when i serach for a device model in firmware section. It used to work fine on kikat..

Got license issue No one is really trying to do anything about it, says only they don't see any problems, not a great help from them

Terrible app!! Cant download firmware,, issues signing in and it doesn't load the news and comment sections properly. Absolutely useless I WANT A REFUND!!!

Its better for this app in notification category we can just add device model no need to enter csc or region just notify when new firware come for device with any csc

Stay away from this!! Ok, every time you open it you have to sign in.. Don't understand why... So slow to sync as well.. it can take forever. Total waste of money and time, avoid!!!

Useless I paid almost 3.50 for this app and it won't do anything. I bought it for downloading firmware to revert back to kitkat, and it won't let even give me that option. I wish u hadn't purchased it.

Useless I'm having issues signing to the site so download this app thinking it does the download. Instead it takes me back to the site. Makes no sence. Just useless to me

Waste Since its premium please include in Sam Fit the old firmware version not just 4.4.2, include 4.1.2 that firmware is trash and power hungry

App Says Not Paid For Since latest update the app says that the license is not valid yet it is paid for

somewhat good for Samsung Smartphone Users.. It shows news about the development of Samsung in sense of smart phones..almost using for 6 months it only pop upped once..showing that I got a software update..good for peoples who like to use their phones rooted..

Good app Sammobile app should be more energetic like flipboard and firmware should be available to download. And images should be gyroscopic 3d. I think it's too much to expect.
