Full of bugs & ads Cannot accomplish a complete design without app freezing or being blasted with pop up ads. Even my 6 yr. old granddaughter gets frustrated with this game. Ridiculous!

Download Bluestacks from this link.
Install BlueStacks from installation file with following the on-screen instructions.
Once Bluestacks is installed add your Google account in it.
Type Dress Up! Cute Pony for PC in Search bar and install it.
